If people reincarnate who do you talk to in Spirit?

It can happen that the souls requested are not found on the other side, in which case
I can ask permission to access the heavenly library to retrieve the information.

In the event that the soul has reincarnated, we can attempt to communicate with the soul directly, regardless of whether in or out of the physical body, the souls energy is available for communication and information.

What is the difference between a Psychic and a Mediumship reading?

Mediumship is the ability to communicate with the other side.
During Mediumship readings, we contact loved ones passed and bring through evidential information specific to the personality.
Psychics use different skills like clairvoyance, clairaudience or clairsentience to retrieve information for the client. Dorothea works with her spirit guides and angels to receive visions and messages for the sitter.

Why do some things not happen that come through in a Psychic reading?

No Psychic reading can be 100% accurate.
Souls are given free will to make decisions that could change the chain of events in their lives.
In some cases we are not allowed to access or view certain information because it could alter the journey or path the client is meant to be on.

How long should you wait to have a reading after someone has passed?

I used to suggest waiting at least three to four weeks after a loved one has passed to attempt communication with them.
It seems the rules have changed over the last year and I have had readings where a spirit person came through crystal clear only three days after their crossing over.
In general it is up to you, the client, to determine when your time is right for the connection.
When you schedule your appointment if you do want contact with someone who has passed very recently it is helpful for me to know. There is a different vibrational energy the longer someone is in Spirit so it helpful to have that information before the reading.

Can you feel spirit touch you?

Spirit can be felt.
It is a rather rare occurrence, because it takes a lot of concentrated effort on the spirit side to materialize their energy and make physical contact.
The phenomenon of spirit touch is completely up to spirit and can not be influenced by the Medium.

What should I do for my young child who sees things?

Most children have visions of the other worlds; it is a natural occurrence for the child.
Welcome their communication, encourage your child to share their experience, but try not to over emphasize the event.
If the child is afraid, reassure them that they are safe. If the visions and experiences reoccur consistently begin looking into books and classes for intuitive and spiritual development.

What should I do to prepare for my reading appointment?

Meditate if it is a part of your practice. If not then please try to be in a quiet, relaxed space prior to your reading.
If you are having a Mediumship reading you can focus on your loved ones in Spirit and ask them to be present.
Come to your reading appointment with an open mind and an open heart; I will do the rest.
